بررسی 75 وبینار سازمان بهره وری آسیایی

با شیوع ویروس کرونا، سازمان بهره وری آسیایی برگزاری وبینارهای آنلاین در زمینه بهره وری را با عنوان «گفتار بهره وری (Productivity Talk) را در دستورکار قرار داد.

به گزارش خبرنگار بهره ور نیوز در این وبینارها که با حضور کارشناسان و صاحبنظران برجسته از کشورهای مختلف آسیایی و اروپایی و دیگران برگزار شد، جديدترين موضوعات به ویژه با تمرکز بر شرایط حاصل از شیوع کویید 19 ارایه شد.

برگزاری این دوره ها از چند جهت دارای اهمیت است. نخست آنکه سازمان بهره وری آسیایی که سالانه نزدیک به 100 دوره آموزشی و ورکشا‍‍پ را در بیش از 20 کشور منطقه آسیا و اقیانوسیه (از فیجی تا ترکیه) برگزار می کرد، توانست در كوتاهترين زمان ممکن برگزاری وبینارها را تقویت کرده و زمینه مشارکت علاقه مندان به خصوص در حوزه مباحث جدید مرتبط با بهره وری همچنین با تمرکز در شرایط کرونایی در دستور کار قرار دهد. البته پیش از این نیز سازمان بهره وری آسیایی دوره های موسوم به ویدیو کنفرانس را به صورت اشتراکی با چند کشور برگزار می کند یا در زمینه آموزش های از راه دور نیز فعال بود.

نکته آموزنده دیگر در این زمینه همان طور که گفته شد توجه به موضوعات جدید در حوزه بهره وری است. در حالی که کشور ما متاسفانه هنوز از جایگاه لازم در این آموزش ها برخوردار نیست.

برگزاری منظم این دوره ها که بعضا با حضور چند کارشناس از کشورهای مختلف صورت می گیرد و ارایه محتوای همه این دوره ها در صفحه سازمان بهره وری آسیایی در یوتیوب نشان از کارآمدی سازمان بهره وری آسیایی دارد.

اما آنچه مسلم است متاسفانه اطلاع رسانی دقیقی درباره برگزاری این دوره ها از سوی نهاد ذیربط صورت نگرفته که متاسفانه مانع بهره مندی متخصصان و علاقه مندان مقوله مهم بهره وری کشور از این وبینارها شده است.
